TEEN & KID CLOSET
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Run mainly by volunteers, Teen & Kid Closet needs community volunteer support to keep our store open for youth in need.

INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEERS

Our most urgent need is for volunteers to help in our store while our clients are shopping.

Current shifts are:

• 2nd & 4th Wednesday evenings from 4 pm - 7 pm.

• 1st & 3rd Saturday mornings from 8 am - 11 am and 11 am - 2 pm.

• There are 4 volunteer slots per shift.

• We might add more shopping shifts on Wednesdays and Saturdays if needed.

 

The minimum age to serve unaccompanied is 16.

We also welcome 10-15-year-olds who are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is a current TKC volunteer.

For the safety of our clients, we conduct a background check and request a copy of your driver's license.

How the sign-up process works:

• Fill out the Volunteer Application below.

• We will email you a background check form.

• Email the completed form to volunteer@teenkidcloset.org

• Once the background check is completed, you will receive an email with next steps.

 

GROUP VOLUNTEERS
Periodically, we have opportunities suitable for church groups and other organizations.
